Harbor Care seeks a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join the Cynthia Day Family Center in Nashua as a Residential Group Facilitator and Counselor. You will lead group sessions and provide individual counseling to women in a trauma-informed residential setting.

The role requires LADC or eligibility, with supervision provided. Join a team dedicated to evidence-based SUD treatment and compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Competenze

• LADC or LADC eligible – supervision provided.
• Experience delivering evidence-based SUD counseling in group and individual settings.
• Ability to work within a trauma-informed residential program.

Mansioni

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups related to recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and life skills
• Manage group dynamics and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment
• Provide individual SUD counseling to residents using evidence-based modalities
• Collaborate as part of the Integrated Care Team
• Engage in regular clinical supervision with your supervisor
