Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, with AutoCAD and related tools required.

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• EI certification required or attainable within six months with PE licensure path.

Responsibilities

• Develop and understand detailed structural designs using CAD software.
• Collaborate with builders, architects, engineers, and clients to deliver solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Forteweb and other software for drafting and docs.
• Create structural details to present concepts to clients.
• Conduct design assessments for safety and functionality.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
