Job summary

EZ Restoration is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners and drive field-based sales. You’ll generate leads, inspect roofs, and guide customers through insurance steps while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

The role emphasizes outside outreach, teamwork, and flexible scheduling aligned with storm activity. Compensation is 100% commission with bonuses, and top performers earn six figures.

What You’ll Be Doing
