Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in a home setting, promoting independence and person-centered care. You’ll work in Spring Valley, with a schedule from Thursday to Saturday, 2p-10p, and provide direct support to clients.

Qualifications

About the Role:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Location: Spring Valley

Schedule: Thus- Sat 2p-10p

Pay: The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.
