Job summary

The Arc of San Diego in Lakeside is seeking a Residential Specialist for an awake overnight shift (Thu-Sat, 11p–7a). You will provide direct, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, helping with daily activities and promoting independence in a supportive home setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, six months' experience with disabilities, a CA driver’s license, and a passion for making a difference. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

About the Role:

This is an awake overnight shift: Thurs - Sat 11p-7a

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.
