Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or equivalent experience as listed.
• Associate's Degree with 3+ months of experience working with adults with substance use disorders.
• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months experience with adults with substance use disorders; Peer Recovery Specialist certs considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model for residents and support treatment plan implementation.
• Contribute to development of socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors in residents.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services

Associate's Degree + 3 months SUD experience

High School Diploma or GED + 6 months SUD experience

Peer Recovery Specialist certification
