Intercept Health is hiring a Full Time Residential Specialist in Virginia to serve as a positive role model for residents and support treatment plans. You will facilitate medical appointments, administer medications, and help maintain daily routines under supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting progress, and ensuring safety while promoting social and emotional growth in a structured environment. Evening shifts are common, with a pay range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services per Virginia Board of Counseling or equivalent.
• Associate's degree + 3 months experience working with children.
• High school diploma or GED + 6 months experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate resident medical appointments and transportation.
• Administer medications as appropriate.
• Review medication records daily for accuracy and report discrepancies.
