Job summary

Sun Service Specialists, LLC is expanding and seeking a Service Technician to assist with the installation of residential solar PV systems. You will work under the Team Lead to follow project plans, ensure quality and safety, and support site preparation and equipment management.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work safely in varied spaces, including rooftops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• Experience with basic construction or roofing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential solar PV systems from start to finish.
• Follow project plans and communicate field updates to the Team Lead.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Keep vehicles, trailers, tools, and job sites organized and ready for work.
• Assist with project documentation, material staging, and warehouse coordination.
