Job summary

Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a Residential Project Manager to oversee solar projects from kickoff to completion. You will be the main link between customers and internal teams, onboarding new jobs, managing interactions, scheduling installations and inspections, and ensuring a stellar customer experience.

• 2-3 years of relevant project manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• On-board new projects and document requirements accurately.
• Serve as primary contact for customer communications throughout the project.
• Coordinate between customers, internal teams, and third parties to advance milestones.
• Schedule installations, manage permits, plans, and details.
• Handle change orders and post-installation follow-up.
