Job summary

Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a Residential Project Manager to guide solar projects from kickoff through completion. You will be the main liaison for customers and internal teams, coordinating onboarding, scheduling installations, and managing permits to ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant project manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Suite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• On-board new projects and capture key requirements accurately.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer communications throughout the project.
• Coordinate between customers, internal teams and city agencies to reach milestones.
• Schedule installations, verify permits and plans, and identify challenges early.
• Coordinate changes or extra work, procurement and deliveries as needed.
• Post-installation review, inspections, and monitor‑billing inquiries with customer care.
