IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Operations Specialist to support billing, customer inquiries, data analysis, and reporting. You will work with the Residential Solar team and EPCs to ensure smooth operations and scalable growth.

Responsibilities include collaboration with billing, IT, finance, and marketing, plus developing guides and ensuring accuracy in daily tasks. A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service; energy experience a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, PPT, Word, Visio, SharePoint).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; strong documentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate within IGS's tech platform and manage documents and contracts.
• Collaborate with billing, IT, finance, legal, and marketing to run operations.
• Support customer service teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Lead process improvement and market research projects for Residential Solar.
• Create guides and job aids; cross-train teammates for daily tasks.
• Audit completed work, correct errors, and report status to management.
• Help grow IGS Solar into a world-class company.
