The role partners with Sales, Installation teams, and shared services to uphold business objectives, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced Solar division.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Energy experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer billing and support via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Installation partners, and shared service groups to maintain smooth operations.
• Respond to escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support process improvements, market research and compliance projects.
