Job summary

PATH (People Acting to Help), Inc. is seeking a qualified leader to oversee Community Living Arrangements sites. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate client services to promote independence for residents in Northeast Philadelphia.

The role requires formal education in readiness for supervisory responsibilities, strong communication and writing skills, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours and 4 years experience with persons with intellectual disabilities
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Master’s Degree and 1 year experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Driver’s License and use of own vehicle required
• Excellent clinical, communication and writing skills
• Thorough knowledge of Intellectual Disabilities Field and Best Practices

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of assigned residential sites
• Maintain and enforce compliance with DPW/ODP 6400 regulations
• Conduct site orientation of new staff to assure knowledge of residents’ needs/services
• Train Residential Skills Trainers to align with ISP and ODP practices
• Manage site-related issues including resident support, cleanliness, and staff feedback
• Monitor health and safety across sites and coordinate facilities issues
• Create opportunities for residents to engage in community activities aligned with ISP goals
• Provide direct services during staff vacancies in coordination with Scheduling Specialist
• Attend monthly site and monitor meetings and participate in on-call supervision as needed
