Job summary

View Point Health is seeking a Residential Site Supervisor to lead and supervise a team in a community-based adult MH housing setting. The role involves coordinating daily living support, training staff, and ensuring safe, respectful care for residents with complex needs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in social/direct care, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Must be willing to travel between counties and support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years providing social or direct care services.
• At least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on residential services basics, patient dignity, and rights.
• Provide daily living skills support and personal care training.
• Maintain balanced daily schedules and meal planning per policy.
• Supervise medication administration and keep records per policy.
• Counsel staff on performance and compliance, evaluating progress.
• Schedule to ensure 24-hour coverage and assist with overtime.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure safety, transport residents as needed, and report incidents.
