Job summary

Pioneer Center for Human Services is seeking a House Supervisor for the BH Residential program. The role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports staff through training and supervision.

This on-site position requires leadership experience in behavioral health and a willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed. The House Supervisor will coordinate staffing, review MARs, and assist with client activity and transportation, while maintaining program standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of progressive leadership experience in BH field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Supervise and coach staff; focus on engagement and retention.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and shift coverage; utilize Paycom for scheduling.
