Lawrence Hall, a Chicago-based nonprofit, seeks a Site Coordinator for its Transitional Living Program to lead a multi-unit residential site, supervise staff, ensure safety and program compliance, and support youth in developing independent living skills.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in youth services, and a compassionate, mission-driven leadership style. The role requires travel between sites, on-call rotation, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in residential, transitional living, or youth services programs.
• Valid Illinois driver's license and access to a vehicle; proof of automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of a multi-unit transitional living site, ensuring safety, compliance, and effective program implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff through training, performance feedback, crisis response, and ongoing professional development.
• Help youth build independent living skills, including budgeting, employment readiness, educational planning, household management, and community engagement.
• Coordinate life-skills, educational, recreational, and supportive programming that promotes youth success and self-sufficiency.
• Support crisis intervention efforts using trauma-informed and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) practices while participating in 24/7 on‑call coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, landlords, and service providers to support youth stability and successful outcomes.
