Pathways to Community is seeking a Site Supervisor in Minnesota to lead a high-energy, compassionate team and support individuals with daily needs. Schedule includes Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:00pm with 37 hours weekly, at $22.00 per hour.

This full-time role involves supervising staff, coordinating meals and activities, and ensuring safety and compliance. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle access, good English communication, and ability to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold an acceptable driving record
• Carry a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to cover shifts beyond own as necessary
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and care for individuals
• Schedule meals, activities, and medical appointments
• Administer medications as required
• Provide transportation to appointments and community events
• Coach and mentor staff and maintain documentation per guidelines
