Assistant Program Manager Compensation:The workplace culture atEast Houseis focused on diversity and inclusion with the support of peers who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the people they work with at East House. The compensation package offers competitive pay and benefits. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $20.15- $25.15 per hour depending on education and experience.

Educational Requirements

• Associates’ Degree in human services with three years’ paid experience in a human services related field, or a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

• NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work.
• OMH licensed programs: Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by OMH Residential regulations OASAS licensed programs: Advanced Counselor CASAC or other QHP as defined by OASAS Operating Regulations required.
