Job summary

CTF Illinois is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead two CILA homes and the DSP team in Charleston, IL. You will promote quality, independence, and safety for individuals with developmental disabilities, while managing staffing, budgets, and compliance.

Responsibilities include interviewing, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff, maintaining home operations, and coordinating community participation for residents, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2 CILA homes and supervising direct care staff.
• Interview, hire, train, mentor, supervise and evaluate DSPs.
• Monitor budgets for staffing, supplies, and utilities; ensure safety and cleanliness of homes.
• Submit reports to business office and manage client funds.
