Job summary

Caregiver Inc. seeks a Residential Coordinator to lead DSP teams and manage day-to-day operations in assigned homes. You will oversee staffing, routines, inventory, transportation, and documentation to maintain a safe, person-centered environment.

You will coordinate appointments, support onboarding, ensure training completion, and act as a first-line contact for urgent issues. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and leadership of DSP staff, including staffing coverage and performance feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, including routines, inventory, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate medical/personal appointments and communicate health changes to clinical teams.
• Provide direct care coverage as needed and ensure continuity during staffing gaps.
• Submit and track maintenance requests and conduct weekly home visits and audits.
• Assist with onboarding and training, ensuring competency checklists are completed.
• Verify daily notes, logs, MARs, data sheets, vehicle logs, and timesheets are accurate and timely.
• Manage clients’ personal funds with compliant documentation.
• Conduct routine life safety drills and ensure compliance with policy.
