Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with endorsements.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in human services preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report abuse or rights violations.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Supervise and mentor a trained team providing support and oversight.
• Provide training and constructive feedback to staff.
• Implement therapy, training and behavior programs per plans and regulations.
• Maintain a positive, person-directed home environment.
• Monitor compliance with agency directives and policies.
• Keep homes, areas and vehicles well maintained and organized.
