Qualifikationen

• Must pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with endorsements and have 3+ years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in human services preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

• Identify and report suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Protect health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Supervise and develop a team of staff providing support and oversight.
• Provide training, feedback, and mentoring to employees.
• Ensure programs and data collection align with plans and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a safe, well-organized home environment and vehicles.
