Kustom US is seeking a Residential Services Specialist. In this role, you will use Matterport technology to capture detailed 3D models of disaster-impacted properties, aiding in damage assessment and restoration planning. This position combines property scanning, managed by our Operational Excellence Team, with a sales component to engage prospects and secure restoration service authorizations. Each scan and prospect interaction is an opportunity to earn, thanks to our unlimited commission plan, making this a lucrative sales career launchpad.

Property Scanning

• Utilize Matterport to scan disaster-affected properties, producing interactive 3D models that meet Kustom’s standards.
• Capture detailed photos to document damages, enabling estimators to create accurate reconstruction estimates.

Prospect Engagement And Sales

• Engage with prospects professionally and persuasively, explaining Kustom’s restoration services.
• Use effective sales strategies to encourage prospects to authorize services during the initial visit.

Service Knowledge

• Be knowledgeable about all residential services offered by Kustom, tailoring communication to prospect needs.
• Address inquiries confidently, emphasizing Kustom’s dedication to quality and satisfaction.
