Job summary

Life’s WORC in New York seeks a dedicated residential supervisor to support adults with developmental disabilities. You will oversee daily operations in a residence, ensure safety, and coach staff to deliver person-centered supports.

The role is 40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday, 12 PM–8 PM, with flexibility for additional shifts. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing protective oversight to people living in the residence
• 24/7 On-Call accessibility
• Assist with scheduling, personnel related issues, training of residential staff and other delegated tasks
• Provide on-going supervision of residential staff
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living
• Provide training and support per each person’s program plan
• Complete staff performance evaluations
• Attend required meetings and trainings on time and prepared
• Adhere to agency quality standards and policies
• Operate agency vehicles and perform routine vehicle maintenance
