Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Six months supervisory experience required, preferred is one year’s supervisory experience.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment road test.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing protective oversight to people living in the residence.
• Responsible for scheduling and training of residential staff.
• Assist people supported in community integration activities.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with behavioral/psych issues

Supervisory experience

Education

High-School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree in the Human Service field preferred

Tools

Driver’s License

Agency software (Medisked, Outlook, Ultipro)
