Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is preferred.
• A graduate degree and/or 2 years of program management experience is preferred.
• Commitment to the empowerment of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and providing feedback to staff ensuring client safety.
• Assist with scheduling and approving staffing to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Maintain client ISP plans in accordance with P2P and DDS guidelines.

Skills

Empowerment of individuals with disabilities

Familiarity with DDS delivery system

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
