Job summary

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services seeks an Associate Director of Residential Services – Administration to oversee financial operations across residential programs, manage budgets, and support audits. You will collaborate with Finance and Purchasing and train staff on billing.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30am–5:00pm with some flexibility, and requires a NYS driver’s license, high school diploma or GED and accounting background.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years in OPWDD residential medical billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of financial operations across residential programs.
• Manage program budgets, expenditures, personal allowance accounts, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Finance and Purchasing to ensure fiscal integrity and audits.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Residential Supervisory staff on billing.
