Job summary

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will ensure service plans are implemented to help residents learn activities of daily living and community participation, while directing program services.

The role requires a NYS driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of DSP experience, with a salary of $21.63/hour and a 3pm Friday to 7am Monday

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional.

• Day to day shift operation of the program
• Supervising all Direct Support Professionals
• Ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community
• Responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program services

Residential Shift Supervisor Minimum Salary: $21.63/hour

Residential Shift Supervisor Maximum Salary: $21.63/hour

We offer a differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday
