Job summary

Vista Springs in Michigan seeks a Residential Services Manager to lead the housekeeping team and coordinate daily tasks across residential services, safety, and compliance.

You will ensure life safety, environmental readiness, and brand standards while overseeing room turns, minor remodeling, and light refresh projects; a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail are essential. This position reports to the operations leadership and requires hands-on mentoring of staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 1-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar field.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping department and daily task coordination.
• Ensure compliance with life safety, MIOSHA, and environmental readiness.
• Maintain brand standards and facility aesthetics; manage room turns and light remodeling.
• Coordinate with maintenance and outside contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Lead safety programs and conduct regular inspections.
