Job summary

PKT Enterprises is seeking a Community Residential Services Manager (CRSM) to oversee two group homes for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. You will lead teams, coordinate care, and stay hands-on to ensure safe, supportive environments.

Based in Minnesota, this full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Eligibility includes Minnesota 245D familiarity and the ability to meet DHS background checks; on-call rotation and

Qualifications

• Must meet one Minnesota Designated Coordinator qualification pathway.
• Qualifications include related degree and qualifying experience per pathway.
• Experience with direct care and coordinating teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two homes and maintain safe, person-centered environments.
• Supervise, train, and coach Direct Support Professionals and Live-In staff.
• Maintain staff schedules, timecards, and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate medical appointments, goals, and team meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation, incident reports, and audits.
• Support Minnesota 245D compliance and company policies.
• Oversee supplies, groceries, cash handling, and maintenance follow-up.
• Facilitate meaningful activities and community connections.
• Communicate with families, guardians, case managers, providers, and leadership.
• Provide hands-on direct care and shift coverage when needed.
