PKT Enterprises is seeking a Community Residential Services Manager (CRSM) to oversee two group homes for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. You will lead teams, coordinate care, and directly support daily operations in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating medical care, and ensuring compliant documentation. Strong communication and follow-through are essential, with on-site leadership support and occasional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or health plus 1 year qualifying experience.
• Associate degree plus 2 years qualifying experience.
• Diploma plus 3 years qualifying experience.
• At least 50 hours of related education/training plus 4 years direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two homes and ensure safe, comfortable environments.
• Supervise, train, and coach Direct Support Professionals and Live-In staff.
• Manage staff schedules, timecards, and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and individual goals.
• Ensure documentation, medication records, incident reports, audits, and month-end papers are complete.
