Job summary

Waypoint Maine seeks a capable leader to manage all facility operations and member care, ensuring compliance with agency, state and federal regulations. The role involves supervising residential staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment for residents receiving services.

The position requires strong management and communication skills, plus experience coordinating medical and supportive services while keeping within budget and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required in a related field and supervisory experience preferred.
• Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all facility operations and member care in accordance with regulations.
• Supervise, support and schedule residential staff within budget and program goals.
• Maintain the facility to ensure safety and comfort for residents.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor shifts, and ensure quality care at all times.
• Coordinate medical/psychiatric care and ensure follow-through on recommendations.
• Ensure payroll and billable DSP hours reflect accurately and stay within budget.
