Responsibilities

• Act as liaison, advocate, and coordinator for consumer involvement in support groups, and community activities.
• Ensure implementation of the New Jersey Individual Service Plan (NJISP).
• Oversee all consumer medical, medication, and health issues, ensuring communication to staff and stakeholders with proper documentation.
• Foster open and supportive communication with consumers, families, and community agencies.
• Oversee daily operations of the apartment building, including scheduling, staff coverage, consumer activities, transportation, safety, and upkeep.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and performance management of residential staff.
• Maintain documentation to meet licensing, Medicaid, HUD, and agency requirements.
