Qualifications

• Two or more years experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with no more than five points.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to mentor Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the Residential Program Manager.
• Supervise and coach Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate staff schedules and training.
• Respond to day-to-day needs and ensure safety, quality of care.
