Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years in IDD or related human services with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong skills in building professional relationships and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Managers and direct service staff in PA group homes.
• Ensures staff meet program goals and maintains effective partnerships with families, funders, and internal teams.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and data collection to support performance goals and budgets.
