Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Residential IDD Services in Scotrun, PA to oversee a high-quality program for individuals with IDD. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop ISP/PCP plans, and align services with standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, on-call coverage, medication management, and timely documentation, with opportunities for career growth in a national nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Two years' full-time experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Team leadership experience and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with problem-solving.
• Background checks including criminal, central registry, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team to support program initiatives and the needs of individuals with IDD.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Develop and update ISP/PCP with interdisciplinary team and document concerns.
• Ensure ISP/PCP-aligned support including medication, meals, and behavior management.
• Complete program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns immediately.
• Foster positive relationships with families and guardians of individuals served.
• May conduct programmatic investigations and be on-call with other management staff.
• Cooperate with licensing and department staff during inspections or inquiries.
