Job summary

KenCrest in Philadelphia seeks a Program Manager to lead our Residential Homes program, supporting individuals with IDD. You will oversee 2-3 community homes, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure health and safety compliance.

This salaried role requires a strong leader with 5+ years in similar roles and 3+ years in supervision, a valid drivers license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Kronos experience is a plus. Travel to homes is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in a similar role, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Valid driverds license and clean MVR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Kronos experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-3 residential homes and ensure health, safety, and quality of care.
• Lead and mentor staff; provide guidance and feedback.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development; manage budgets.
• Perform regular home and vehicle inspections and maintain records.
• Travel to homes within the program for leadership and support; participate in on-call rotations.
