Job summary

KenCrest in the Philadelphia area seeks an Assistant Director to align PA adult residential IDD programs with the organization’s mission. You will supervise Program Managers, oversee homes, staff, and individuals served, and ensure delivery of high‑quality services.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, data‑driven performance management, budget oversight, and collaboration across disciplines. Travel to client homes is expected 2 days per week; standard hours with on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in IDD or related human services field with supervisory/administrative responsibilities.
• Experience with virtual meeting software such as Zoom or MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Managers and staff in PA residential homes.
• Oversees service delivery to meet program goals and outcomes.
• Maintains positive relationships with families, funders, and internal/external teams.
