Job summary

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with significant administrative experience in behavioral health, including supervision, with a NJ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 2 years administrative experience in behavioral health.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years administrative experience, including 2 years supervisory.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with regulatory compliance and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential program operations and staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and maintain occupancy levels.
• Participate in intake assessments and admissions processes.
• Monitor program compliance with federal/state regulations and agency policies.
• Serve as program administrator to ensure effective daily operations.
• Support staff training, supervision, and professional development.
• Collaborate with licensing and regulatory agencies during inspections.
• Report incidents in accordance with Division Circular #14 and agency policies.
• Promote a culture aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
