Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 2 years’ administrative experience in behavioral health.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ administrative experience (including 2 years supervisory).
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with behavioral healthcare practices, especially with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
