The coordinator will supervise up to 54 youths, coordinate calendars, and maintain thorough documentation to support housing stability and independent living goals. This is a full-time, in-person position with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a California-recognized Peer Support Specialist training program, or willingness to complete within six months of hire.
• Experience supporting transition-age youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential operations for up to 54 participants.
• Provide peer support and education to promote wellness and engagement.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor monthly participant engagement activities.
• Maintain documentation of interactions, incidents, and services.
• Support safety, crisis response, and program compliance.
