Continental Properties seeks a Service Technician for Avanterra Forest Hills Preserve in Grand Rapids, MI. You will deliver exceptional resident service while addressing maintenance needs and supporting daily operations on-site.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more, along with grounds upkeep, snow removal as applicable, and proactive communication with residents. You must be physically capable and tech-savvy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience or related trade.
• Willingness to work overtime and non-traditional schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting and using technology daily.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring and related systems.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; process work orders via software/apps.
