Job summary

Continental Properties in Commerce Township, MI is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our residential team at Springs at Five & Main. You will deliver exceptional resident service, address maintenance requests, and support daily community operations under the Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more; performing grounds upkeep, and using mobile apps to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience or related trade
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call, weekends and holidays
• Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance)

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring and more
• Maintain grounds and overall appearance of the property
• Use software and mobile apps daily to manage work orders and operations
