Job summary
CPM, Inc. is seeking an onsite operations & management professional in Grand Rapids, MI to deliver exceptional resident service and maintain community operations.
The role reports to the Service Supervisor and includes hands-on maintenance, grounds upkeep, and responsive problem solving to keep the property looking great and residents comfortable. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more, using mobile apps to track work orders and ensure timely
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs; overtime and weekends.
- Willingness to work non-traditional schedules.
- Comfort with technology for work orders and mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Provide above-and-beyond customer service and resident-focused maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs to keep community running smoothly.
- Maintain property appearance and safety; perform grounds upkeep and related tasks.
- Use software and mobile apps to manage, track, and complete work orders.
