Four Seasons Kanga Roof in Roseville, MI is seeking a full-time Residential Roofer - Service Technician to join our team. You will travel to customers' homes, perform repairs and maintenance, and lead junior technicians while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven, in-resume roofing experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Courteous communication and interpersonal skills (PREFERRED).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate roof condition and perform safe, high-quality repairs and maintenance.
• Travel to customers' homes and provide professional service.
• Lead and train new roofing technicians on exceptional workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Keep work vehicle and uniforms clean and presentable.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL ROOFER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In this role, you will:

• Work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Travel to customers' homes and provide professional service and support
• Evaluate the roof's condition and perform safe, compliant, and high-quality repairs and maintenance services
• Train new roofing technicians and lead them in completing exceptional work
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Keep your work vehicle and uniforms clean, organized, and presentable
• Ensure customer satisfaction and participate in all required meetings/training sessions

• 3+ years of proven, in-resume roofing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Solid technology proficiency with the ability to learn and use a CRM (customer relationship management) system
• Courteous communication and interpersonal skills (PREFERRED)
