Job summary

Resnick Roofing & Contracting is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Field Service Team, performing roofing, siding, and solar repairs for residential and commercial properties. The position is Full Time - Hourly.

The role involves developing or demonstrating repair and carpentry skills within a growing exterior remodeling company that embraces a work hard play hard culture and a commitment to the best customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders onto roofs and scaffolding

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing/siding repairs and small project replacements on residential and commercial properties
• Maintain neat and organized job sites and deliver impeccable cleanup at job completion each day
• Distribute door hangers at job start and assist in taking before/during/after photos
• Support Team with communication between customer and Branch Operations Team
• Keep vehicle stocked with necessary job materials daily
• Adopt and utilize in-house CRM (JobProgress)

POSITION TYPE:

Full Time - Hourly

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Perform roofing/siding repairs and small project replacements on residential and commercial properties
• Maintain neat and organized job sites at all times as well as deliver impeccable cleanup at job completion each day
• Distribute “pardon our mess” door knockers at job start to surrounding neighbors
• Assist in taking before, during, and after photos during a repair/replacement project
• Reciprocate team accountability with Field Service Foreman relative to external communication with customer and internal communication with RRC Branch Operations Team
• Keep vehicle stocked with all necessary job materials daily
• Adopt & utilize in-house CRM (JobProgress)

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability Monday thru Saturday
• 1-2 years of construction experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to climb up ladders onto roofs and scaffolding with confidence
