Job summary

Four Seasons Kanga Roof in Roseville, MI is seeking a Flat Roofing Project Supervisor to lead our field crew on low-slope roofing projects. You will ensure the roof is secure and watertight, communicate with General Contractors, Field Superintendents, and building owners, and confirm work meets safety and company standards from start to finish.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with pay from $35 to $45 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing experience
• Proficiency with technology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of manufacturer's specifications (preferred)
• OSHA 10 & CPR certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the field crew on low-slope roofing projects to ensure safety and quality from start to finish
• Ensure the roof is secure and watertight and meets company standards
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Field Superintendents, and building owners to keep all informed

Schedule: This job is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. You will go straight from your home to the job site each day. You do not have to report to an office first.

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:

As a Flat Roofing Project Supervisor, you will go to the job site and lead your team on low-slope roofing projects. You will make sure the roof is secure and watertight. You will talk with General Contractors, Field Superintendents, and building owners to keep everyone informed. You will check that the work meets all rules and company standards. You will help your team work safely and do quality work from start to finish.

FLAT ROOFING PROJECT SUPERVISOR MUST-HAVES:

• 2+ years of roofing experience
• Proficiency with technology
