Sunstall Inc. in Rockville, MD is seeking a Residential Service Pro who will diagnose problems, present options, and complete work to code while mentoring an apprentice. Qualifications

• Maryland journeyperson electrician license (3+ years field experience)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong NEC and Maryland residential codes knowledge
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to use hand tools and safely operate power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, squat, bend, and climb ladders
• Willingness to travel daily within the DMV service area

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide clear, professional options and recommendations.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards and code violations per NEC and Maryland standards.
• Present flat-rate pricing options to customers clearly.
• Repair and install electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit for new and existing installations.
• Acquire all necessary materials to complete work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area during and after projects.
• Complete documentation promptly upon job completion or estimates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and service.
• Identify and present additional service opportunities to enhance safety and satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with office, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols; operate company vehicle safely.
• Mentor apprentices with hands-on guidance.

RequiredQualifications
