Kotz Heating and Air | Waterford, MI is seeking a Residential Service Plumber with 4+ years of experience to service, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including hot water tanks and boilers. The role offers steady hours and room to grow.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with a full-time schedule and on-site work. Benefits include paid training, company vehicle, uniforms, tool allowance, and opportunities for advancement with our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in residential plumbing.
• Experience with both service and installation plumbing.
• Journeyman Plumber License or ready to take the license.
• Able to train Apprentices

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, maintenance and installation - Residential plumbing.
• Hot water tanks, boilers, and a variety of fixtures and equipment.
• Working independently and with an apprentice.
• Training/supervising apprentices
• Consulting with customers about service, repair, upgrades and replacement options
