Kotz Heating and Air | Waterford, MI is seeking a Residential Service Plumber with 4+ years of experience to service, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including hot water tanks and boilers. The role offers steady hours and room to grow.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with a full-time schedule and on-site work. Benefits include paid training, company vehicle, uniforms, tool allowance, and opportunities for advancement with our family-owned company.

Work Schedule:

Job Duties:

• Service, repair maintenance and installation - Residential plumbing
• Hot water tanks, boilers, and a variety of fixtures and equipment
• Working independently and with an apprentice
• Using plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers
• Training/supervising apprentices
• Consulting with customers about service, repair, upgrades and replacement options

What We Are Looking For:

• 4 + years' experience in residential plumbing
• Experience with both service and installation plumbing
• Journeyman Plumbers License or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license
• Able to train Apprentices
• Able to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
